Laurel + Ash is our preferred local maple syrup because it's some of the best we've ever tasted, and also because the packaging design is oh-so stylish. This particularly creative version features ghost pepper and guajillo chile for a kick of spice! We'd say it's a medium spice level, so feel free to use it liberally to glaze fish, pork, or vegetables, add it in cocktails, or even to jazz up your pancakes.
